At Snuggle Society Co., some products are made to order specifically for you, while others are ready to ship. Made-to-order items require production time before shipment. Processing and shipping times may vary by product and will be reflected on the product page or at checkout.
Order Processing & Production Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Some Snuggle Society Co. products are made to order and may require additional production time before shipping. Production times vary depending on the product, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Products that are ready to ship do not require production time and will be processed according to the applicable fulfillment timeline.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Snuggle Society Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
